Hancock County School District students will continue to learn virtually for the time being.

Superintendent Miranda Wilsons says the district is installing ionizers, which are suppose to kill the coronavirus.

The hope is for students to return to in-person classes this summer.

A limited number of students could return to school next month for Georgia Milestone testing.

The Hancock County School District has about 850 students.

  1. That is Ridiculous all of the other schools surrounding Hancock county has started back I don’t understand why they think they don’t have to especially the taxes that are being paid their! A lot of these children need these free lunches!!
