A suspicious item found Thursday afternoon on the Milledgeville campus of Georgia Military College leads to an arrest.
GMC says a school administrator found suspicious object outside of Usery Hall.
That is when the Milledgeville Police Department and GBI joined in.
The GBI says its bomb disposal unit determined the object was not hazardous.
GMC was able to use video surveillance to identify a suspect.
The investigation led to a home on South Elbert Street and the eventual arrest of 32-year-old Morgan Sills. Has been charged with carry a weapon in a school safety zone, which is a felony.
