The Baldwin County Commission has called a Monday afternoon meeting to consider ending the county’s Declaration of Emergency for the coronavirus pandemic.
If passed, here is some of what that would mean for Baldwin County, outside of Milledgeville city limits.
- Masks would not be mandatory on county property, including indoor recreation buildings.
- County facilities could be rented to the public.
- Businesses would not opt-in to face mask ordinance enforcement. Basically, the end of the face ordinance enforcement by law enforcement. A business could still require face masks.
The Baldwin County Commission meets Monday at 3 p.m.
